collapsed spring after 13 months and repair refused - Review by rix (Posted on 8/08/11) we've been really disappointed with Crowne Royale's customer service and attempts to shrug their "10 year guarantee". after only 13 months with one side of the mattress collapsed by 4-5cm it's clear there is a serious fault. |

Delivery Charges – Standard vs Non-Standard
The quoted delivery fee is based on a "Standard Delivery". In the event that your delivery is not considered standard, additional delivery charges may apply. Factors that may impact your delivery charge can include delivery sites with limited access, multiple levels, or where additional staff are required to complete the delivery. You will be contacted by a Forty Winks staff member to discuss and finalise your delivery.
