Job Description
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and experienced retail sales person who understand the importance of both sales results and a positive customer experience. An established family owned franchise retail store, this opportunity will provide the successful person with support of a successful and recognised retail brand with the opportunity to learn the industry including new in store systems soon to be introduced.  Since the store is open 7 days a week, you'll work weekends with Fridays and Mondays off.  

   
Key responsibilities will include: 

• Providing outstanding service to customers with timely, effective and accurate responses to sales enquiries.
• Owning the overall customer care experience, from both a sales and service perspective.
• Following up on customer enquiries, converting sales and covering questions including pricing, stock availability, product recommendation and delivery timeframes.
• Opening, closing and general maintenance of the store on a daily basis.
• Effectively managing client request, concerns as they arise.
• Adherence of company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for this role you must have the following: 

• Proven successful retail sales experience. 
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation with a friendly demeanour.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of team across all aspects of the business; including sales, orders, maintaining in store cleanliness and appearance, stock rotation and product assembly. 
• A mature positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
• Self-motivation, with the drive to achieve sales growth within the business.
• An eye for detail and accuracy.
• Computer literacy.
