When it comes to styling your sleep sanctuary, little touches can make a world of difference.

Clear the Clutter

Take the opportunity for a bit of a clean-up by going through every drawer, cupboard and under the bed. It could be a matter of throwing out a few things or attempting a full KonMari re-organisation of everything in your room.

Sleep specialists suggest that switching phones and other light emitting devices off at least an hour before heading to bed to allow your melatonin levels to return to normal.
