Not happy with the feel of your new mattress? We will happily replace it with another feel of your choice, within 90 days of purchase. Serta is exclusively available at Forty Winks and offers a 90 Day Comfort Assurance Warranty. The 90 Day Comfort Assurance is available on all Serta mattresses.

How does it work?

Step 1: Sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days

At first your new mattress will feel very different to what you have been used to and you might worry you have made the wrong choice from the first night. However, it does take time to adjust to any new mattress and for this reason a comfort exchange is not available until you have slept on it for at least 30 days. For the exchange to be valid the mattress must be in sound working order and free from stains so a mattress protector must be used at all times.

Step 2: Contact the store of purchase

If after 30 days and before 90 days from the purchase date you wish to exchange your mattress, contact the store you purchased your mattress from. Let them know you would like to exchange your mattress under the Serta 90 Day Comfort Assurance Warranty. Make sure you have your proof of purchase handy as you will need to provide the details to the store. They will arrange a time for you to come in and trial a new feel.

Step 3: Visit the store

When visiting the store bring along your proof of purchase. Try all the models within the same range. Make sure you trial them for as long as possible so you can make the right choice. Once you have decided which mattress is right for you the store will:

  • Let you know if there are any additional costs associated with the exchange

  • Order the new mattress

  • Arrange delivery and the collection of your exchange

Terms and Conditions
  • The exchange program is only available where a customer is not satisfied with the feel of their mattress.
  • The mattress must be slept on for a minimum of 30 days from the date of delivery. Claims will only be accepted between 30 and 90 days (inclusive) from date of delivery.
  • The mattress must be exchanged for another mattress from within the Serta range.
  • If the new mattress of choice has a higher price than the original mattress, you will need to pay the difference between the original price and the newly selected mattress price (+ applicable delivery charges). If the replacement mattress is priced lower than the original mattress, no refund for the difference in price will be given.
  • The Serta Comfort Assurance is for product exchange only. No refund or full credit will be offered as part of this program.
  • The Serta Comfort Assurance does not apply to special sizes, custom made orders or floor stock models.
  • A regular delivery and retrieval fee will be charged to customers for delivery and pick-up of any mattresses. These charges may vary by region and will be confirmed by your store of purchase.
  • The Serta Comfort Assurance applies to mattresses of the same size.
  • You may exchange your mattress only once within the 30-90-day period from the original delivery date.
