When you buy directly from a Forty Winks store, the delivery fee is dependent on the store's delivery system and your specific order. Please contact your local store to confirm your specific delivery costs.
For larger items such as mattresses, bases and furniture and for larger and smaller items combined. These fees are applied during checkout and are based on the distance from store.
Applicable for eligible Quick Ship items only within 0-20km of participating Metro stores - $90
For smaller standalone items like pillows and mattress protectors - $10 nationwide
Quick Ship delivery is available online for items from any selected Sleep Savers Bed-in-a-Box, Active Sleep or Silent Partner mattress, base or bedhead. Order online before 11am, Monday to Friday for guaranteed next day delivery. Quick Ship is not available on weekends or public holidays and is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth metro areas only. Any additional product(s) added to an order that are not available for Quick Ship delivery will be subject to additional delivery fees, charged separately. These products will not be delivered the next day in conjunction with your Quick Ship product(s). See more information here.
If your delivery address is more than 100km from the store you may be required to pay additional freight fees. You can contact your nearest store using our store finder online before placing your order, or simply place the order and the Forty Winks store responsible for fulfilling it will confirm the final delivery cost with you. If you don't accept any additional delivery fees, you may choose to cancel your order. In this instance, Forty Winks will arrange to refund your payment.
You are required to be present at the delivery location at the agreed upon delivery time. We are unable to deliver without the customer being present to receive. You are also required to accept the delivery of goods within 14 days of a notification that your products are available, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us. Where possible, storage can be arranged at an additional cost.
We may also request photo identification prior to delivery for verification purposes. We recommend you accept the delivery of your order, especially if you've paid by credit card. If that's not possible, we may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of identity (including photographic identification). If the order has been paid by credit card, we may also need to sight this.
Upon delivery, if no appropriate person (over 18 years old) is available to receive the order, we'll endeavour to arrange for delivery at a different time. Please note: we may charge an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.
We can help you assemble your new bed or bedroom furniture, however this depends on your delivery location, and if the store delivering your order offers this service. Speak to your local store to find out how we can help. For online orders, speak to the store processing your order once your order has been placed. Please note: you’re responsible for the products fitting the intended area, as well as through any passages, hallways and doorways.
