If you don't provide this information, we may not be able to provide you with personalised, relevant and necessary information on Forty Winks products and services. If you sign up for marketing in-store with one of our Forty Winks franchisees, we may receive your personal information from the franchisee in order to fulfill your request to receive marketing materials from Forty Winks. 

In order to provide you with relevant offers, product and service information and effectively respond to your enquiries, Forty Winks may disclose the personal information it collects to related entities, Forty Winks franchisees and third parties who provide Forty Winks with (or help it provide) products and services, some of whom are located outside of Australia.

If you have made an inquiry or purchase in-store with one of our Forty Winks franchisees, this information will be provided to us by the franchisee so we can fulfil the request. If you don't provide information requested, we may not be able to process your payment, complete delivery of a product or service, or otherwise see through your requested action with Forty Winks.

In order to reasonably fulfil your purchase or interaction with Forty Winks, Forty Winks may disclose the personal information it collects to franchisees, delivery service providers, reward/membership programs, suppliers and other third parties who assist it to complete and fulfil your purchase or interaction with Forty Winks, some of whom are located outside of Australia. Aftercare and Warranty

If you have made an inquiry regarding warranty, support or guarantees in-store with one of our Forty Winks franchisees, this information will be provided to us by the franchisee so we can fulfil the request. If you don't provide the requested information, we may be delayed or prevented from providing you with the relevant support or services in circumstances where we need your information to do so (for example, where we need to contact you). Forty Winks may disclose the personal information it collects to Forty Winks franchisees, suppliers, partners and other related companies who provide Forty Winks with (or help it provide) product and service aftercare for your Forty Winks purchase, some of whom are located outside of Australia.  We may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes described in Forty Winks' privacy policy available at https://www.fortywinks.com.au/privacy-policy. Employment / Internal

Forty Winks Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 38 059 512 640, Forty Winks Online Pty Ltd ABN 145 962 385 and its related entities (Forty Winks Head Office) are collecting your personal information in order to consider, maintain and manage your employment or prospective employment or engagement as a contractor with Forty Winks Head Office (as applicable), to pay you for such services, and provide associated development and training.  Forty Winks Head Office may also collect information about you from third parties such as recruitment agencies, referees, government bodies (e.g. police checks, if required) and academic and professional bodies (e.g. to validate details and currency of qualifications). If you don't provide the information requested, we may not be able to engage you or pay you, appropriately manage your engagement or otherwise provide training and development opportunities. We may also collect logs of your usage of our equipment (e.g. phones, computers and vehicles).

In order to provide you with the aforementioned employment or contractual engagement opportunities, Forty Winks Head Office may disclose the personal information it collects to payment and financial services, learning and development platforms, rostering tools, Forty Winks franchisees/staff and relevant staff at the Forty Winks Franchising National Support Center, and third parties who provide Forty Winks Head Office with (or help it provide) ongoing employment and engagement services, some of whom are located outside of Australia. Forty Winks Head Office may also be required to collect and disclose certain sensitive information about you, including criminal records, in order to consider your employment or contractual engagement with Forty Winks Head Office.
