About Quick Ship beds
Sometimes a bed cannot wait. A new flat, a guest arriving on the weekend, or a frame that has finally given up. Quick Ship brings together selected bed frames and bases that are ready for next business day delivery in selected Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth metro areas, so you can order today and sleep on it tomorrow.
How Quick Ship delivery works
Order an eligible bed frame or base online Monday to Thursday before 4pm, and it is delivered on the next business day. Quick Ship runs Monday to Thursday and does not operate on weekends, public holidays or the business day after a national public holiday, so an order placed on a Friday or over the weekend goes out on the next Quick Ship day. Use the postcode checker at checkout to confirm your address is covered. Full details are on our delivery page.
What is in the Quick Ship bed range
The range is kept deliberately simple so it can move fast: upholstered bed frames with a cushioned bedhead, frames with a pull-out storage drawer, and upholstered ensemble bases, mainly from Active Sleep and Sleepeezee, in single, king single, double and queen. They are honest, good-value beds that do the job well, which is exactly what you want when you need one in a hurry. Need a mattress as well? Our Quick Ship mattresses are delivered the same way, so the whole bed can arrive together.
What to expect on delivery day
Quick Ship is a contactless, door-to-door service. The driver delivers to your front door and cannot carry the bed inside or help with assembly, so have a clear path ready and a second pair of hands if you are moving it upstairs. You will receive updates as the delivery approaches. If nobody is home, our team will contact you to rebook, and a $90 re-delivery fee applies to missed deliveries. Products in your order that are not Quick Ship eligible are delivered separately and may attract their own delivery fee.
Choosing the right bed when you need it fast
Speed is useful, but the bed still has to fit the room and the sleeper. Check the frame size against the mattress you own or plan to buy, and measure the doorway and hallway as well as the bedroom. If you are replacing the mattress as well, a trusted Sleep Advisor in-store can match you to one with Forty Winks bedMATCH® and tell you which mattresses and bases are Quick Ship eligible. Our bed buying checklist covers everything else worth checking before you order.
Quick Ship is a faster delivery service for selected bed frames, bases, bedheads and mattresses. Order online Monday to Thursday before 4pm and eligible products are delivered the next business day in selected Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth metro areas. Product, location and timing conditions apply, and the full terms are on our delivery page.
Quick Ship currently covers selected metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, on the mainland only. The postcode checker at checkout will confirm whether your address is eligible before you pay. Outside those areas, our standard delivery options still apply.
No. Quick Ship is a contactless door-to-door service, so the driver delivers to your front door only and cannot bring the bed inside or assemble it. Most frames in the range are straightforward to put together with the instructions supplied. If you need in-home delivery or assembly, ask your local store about standard delivery options.
No. Quick Ship applies to selected products, and the beds on this page are the ones currently eligible. If you add a product that is not Quick Ship eligible to the same order, it is delivered separately and may incur its own delivery fee. Quick Ship mattresses are listed on their own page.
