What it’s like to work at Forty Winks?
Every Forty Winks store is locally owned and run, so the team you join is a small one and no two days look quite the same.
You learn the product properly: how a mattress is built, how a base changes the feel, and how to match both to the person in front of you. We train on sleep rather than scripts. The better you understand rest, the easier the rest of the job gets.

Good to know before you apply
A few things people usually want to check before they send an application through.
Every open role is listed on Seek. The “View open roles” button on this page takes you straight to the current listings, so it is always the live set rather than a copy kept on this site.
Retail experience helps, but it is not the starting point. We look for people who like talking to customers, are happy to learn the product properly, and want to send someone home with the right bed rather than the nearest one.
Applications are handled by the store or support office advertising the role, so timings vary. Each Seek listing names the contact and sets out the steps for that role.
