Exclusive to Forty Winks, Silent Partner mattresses are endorsed by Chiropractic Australia, having passed independent, rigorous testing for their back care credentials. They’re also supported by a 90 Night Comfort Guarantee, giving you time to make sure you’ve found the right fit. Sharing a bed doesn’t mean you have to sleep the same way. Silent Partner mattresses are designed with couples in mind, helping you sleep comfortably alongside your partner with less disruption throughout the night.
How does it work?
STEP 1: Sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights.
New mattresses may feel different when you first sleep on them, and it can take some time to adjust to its comfort. This is why the Silent Partner 90 Night Comfort Guarantee requires you to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights.
STEP 2: Something not right? Contact the store of purchase.
If you’re still unhappy with your mattress after 30 days but before 90 days of purchase, you can contact the store you purchased your mattress from to discuss exchanging it for another one from the Silent Partner range. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase available to provide to the store.
STEP 3: Visit the store
When visiting the store bring along your proof of purchase. Our in-store Sleep Advisor will help you test out the other mattresses included within the Silent Partner 90 Night Comfort Guarantee, so that you can choose a better fit. Silent Partner ranges included are Capella, Baroque and Allegro.

Every mattress in the Silent Partner range, which is exclusive to Forty Winks, comes with a 90 Night Comfort Guarantee. If you don't love the comfort of your mattress, you can swap it for another one from the Silent Partner range.
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights first, because it can take time for your body to adjust. If you're still not happy after 30 days but within 90 days of purchase, contact the store you bought it from.
There may be. If you choose a different model, the store will let you know about any additional costs before placing your order.
Your store takes care of it. They'll order your new mattress, deliver it and collect your old one. Just remember to bring your proof of purchase when you visit.
Terms and conditions
Eligibility & Terms:
1. This 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies to customers who are not satisfied with the comfort level of their mattress from an eligible range.
2. You must try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. Claims can be made between days 30 and 90 after delivery.
3. A valid Proof of Purchase must be provided by the original purchaser.
4. The mattress can be exchanged for another model from the eligible ranges only. No other brands or ranges are included.
5. If the new mattress is priced higher, the customer pays the difference (plus any delivery charges). If it is priced lower, no refund is given for the difference.
6. This guarantee is for exchange only. No refunds or full credits are offered under this program.
7. Any promotional discount from the original purchase will be applied to the replacement mattress.
8. The exchange mattress must be selected from the same retailer as the original purchase (as per the original invoice).
9. Custom sizes, special orders, or floor stock models are excluded.
10. Standard delivery and pick-up charges apply and may vary by location. These charges are confirmed by the retailer.
11. A Forty Winks approved waterproof mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress, on the same invoice, and used from the first night to the last. A mattress that is, in Forty Winks’s opinion, damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee and unable to be exchanged.
12. Exchanges must be for the same size (e.g., Queen for Queen).
13. Only one comfort exchange is allowed per original purchase.
14. This guarantee can only be used once per mattress purchase.
15. A structurally sound bed frame/base is essential to the performance and comfort of your mattress. The mattress must be used on an appropriate bed frame/base. Solid timber slats should be no more than 9cm apart. Failure to use a suitable bed frame/base will result in your 90 Night Comfort Guarantee being voided and the mattress unable to be exchanged. Forty Winks reserves the right to inspect the bed frame/base.
Your Rights:
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, you're entitled to a repair or replacement.
