How does the Forty Winks 90 Night Comfort Guarantee work?
Step 1: Sleep on it for 30 nights
Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface. We ask that you try your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights.
Step 2: If it’s not quite right
Should your mattress not feel perfect after this time, simply contact your store of purchase and our team will assist you in selecting a more suitable option.

Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to give your body time to adjust. If it still doesn't feel right, contact your store of purchase between days 30 and 90 after delivery. Bring your proof of purchase, and our team will help you exchange it for a more suitable mattress from the eligible range.
No. The 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is for exchanges only, so no refunds or credits are offered under this program. If your new mattress costs more, you pay the difference plus any delivery charges. If it costs less, the difference isn't refunded. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You'll need your original proof of purchase and a Forty Winks approved waterproof mattress protector, bought on the same invoice as your mattress and used from the very first night. Your mattress must also be used on a structurally sound bed frame or base, with solid timber slats no more than 9cm apart, and it must be free from damage or soiling.
Exchanges must be for the same size, for example a Queen for a Queen, and the new mattress must come from the eligible ranges at the same retailer you bought from. Other brands and ranges aren't included. Custom sizes, special orders and floor stock are also excluded, and only one comfort exchange is allowed per mattress purchase.

Eligibility & Terms:
1. This 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies to customers who are not satisfied with the comfort level of their mattress from an eligible range.
2. You must try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. Claims can be made between days 30 and 90 after delivery.
3. A valid Proof of Purchase must be provided by the original purchaser.
4. The mattress can be exchanged for another model from the eligible ranges only. No other brands or ranges are included.
5. If the new mattress is priced higher, the customer pays the difference (plus any delivery charges). If it is priced lower, no refund is given for the difference.
6. This guarantee is for exchange only. No refunds or full credits are offered under this program.
7. Any promotional discount from the original purchase will be applied to the replacement mattress.
8. The exchange mattress must be selected from the same retailer as the original purchase (as per the original invoice).
9. Custom sizes, special orders, or floor stock models are excluded.
10. Standard delivery and pick-up charges apply and may vary by location. These charges are confirmed by the retailer.
11. A Forty Winks approved waterproof mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress, on the same invoice, and used from the first night to the last. A mattress that is, in Forty Winks’s opinion, damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee and unable to be exchanged.
12. Exchanges must be for the same size (e.g., Queen for Queen).
13. Only one comfort exchange is allowed per original purchase.
14. This guarantee can only be used once per mattress purchase.
15. A structurally sound bed frame/base is essential to the performance and comfort of your mattress. The mattress must be used on an appropriate bed frame/base. Solid timber slats should be no more than 9cm apart. Failure to use a suitable bed frame/base will result in your 90 Night Comfort Guarantee being voided and the mattress unable to be exchanged. Forty Winks reserves the right to inspect the bed frame/base.
Your Rights:
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, you're entitled to a repair or replacement.
