The King Koil 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is available on selected King Koil mattresses purchased from Forty Winks. It allows you to enjoy up to 90 nights at home to make sure your mattress feels just right. After a minimum 30-night adjustment period, if the comfort level isn’t quite right, simply contact your local Forty Winks store. Our team will help you explore exchanging your mattress for another eligible King Koil model, so you can find the sleep that suits you best.
The comfort you experience in-store is only the beginning. Your body may take time to adapt to the support and feel of a new mattress, and we want you to have the opportunity to experience the difference King Koil can make to your sleep.

The King Koil 90 Night Comfort Guarantee allows customers to try selected King Koil mattresses at home and exchange them if the comfort level isn’t right. After a minimum 30-night adjustment period, customers can contact their Forty Winks store to discuss exchanging their mattress for another eligible King Koil mattress that better suits their comfort preference.
Yes. If the comfort level of your mattress isn’t right after the 30-night adjustment period, the King Koil 90 Night Comfort Guarantee allows you to exchange your mattress for another eligible King Koil mattress that better suits your comfort preference.
The guarantee applies to selected King Koil mattresses available at Forty Winks, including models within the King Koil Chiro and King Koil Platinum Luxury ranges. Your local Forty Winks store can confirm whether the mattress you purchased is eligible for the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee.
If your mattress still isn’t comfortable after the 30-night adjustment period, contact the Forty Winks store where you purchased it. The team will guide you through the exchange process and help you select another eligible King Koil mattress that better suits your comfort needs.
Terms and conditions
Eligibility & Terms:
1. This 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies to customers who are not satisfied with the comfort level of their mattress from an eligible range.
2. You must try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. Claims can be made between days 30 and 90 after delivery.
3. A valid Proof of Purchase must be provided by the original purchaser.
4. The mattress can be exchanged for another model from the eligible ranges only. No other brands or ranges are included.
5. If the new mattress is priced higher, the customer pays the difference (plus any delivery charges). If it is priced lower, no refund is given for the difference.
6. This guarantee is for exchange only. No refunds or full credits are offered under this program.
7. Any promotional discount from the original purchase will be applied to the replacement mattress.
8. The exchange mattress must be selected from the same retailer as the original purchase (as per the original invoice).
9. Custom sizes, special orders, or floor stock models are excluded.
10. Standard delivery and pick-up charges apply and may vary by location. These charges are confirmed by the retailer.
11. A Forty Winks approved waterproof mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress, on the same invoice, and used from the first night to the last. A mattress that is, in Forty Winks’s opinion, damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee and unable to be exchanged.
12. Exchanges must be for the same size (e.g., Queen for Queen).
13. Only one comfort exchange is allowed per original purchase.
14. This guarantee can only be used once per mattress purchase.
15. A structurally sound bed frame/base is essential to the performance and comfort of your mattress. The mattress must be used on an appropriate bed frame/base. Solid timber slats should be no more than 9cm apart. Failure to use a suitable bed frame/base will result in your 90 Night Comfort Guarantee being voided and the mattress unable to be exchanged. Forty Winks reserves the right to inspect the bed frame/base.
Your Rights:
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, you're entitled to a repair or replacement.
