Silent Partner 90 Day Comfort Guarantee

The Silent Partner range is exclusive to Forty Winks. Every Silent Partner mattress comes with a 90-day sleep guarantee. If you don't love the comfort of your mattress, we will swap it for a more suitable one of your choice within our Silent Partner range.

How does it work?

Step 1: Sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights

New mattresses may feel different when you first sleep on them, and it can take some time to adjust to its comfort. This is why the Silent Partner Comfort Guarantee requires you to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. 

Step 2: Contact the store of purchase

If you’re still unhappy with your mattress after 30 days but before 90 days of purchase, you can contact the store you purchased your mattress from to discuss exchanging it for another one from the Silent Partner range. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase available to provide to the store.

Step 3: Visit the store

When visiting the store bring along your proof of purchase. Try all the models within the same range. Make sure you trial them for as long as possible so you can make the right choice. Once you have decided which mattress is right for you the store will:

• Let you know if there are any additional costs associated with the exchange
• Order the new mattress
• Arrange delivery and the collection of your exchange

Terms and Conditions

• The Silent Partner exchange warranty only applies to the ‘’original purchaser’’ who is not satisfied with the Silent Partner mattress they have chosen.
• Claims relating to the exchange warranty will only be accepted between days 30 and 90 (inclusive) from date of delivery. The “Original Purchaser’’ may exchange their mattress only once during these accepted days from the original delivery date.
• The Silent Partner mattress can only be exchanged for another Silent Partner mattress of the same size purchased (queen size exchange for queen size only) – no refund/credit will be offered.
• If the ‘reselected Silent Partner mattress’ is of higher dollar value than the ‘original’ mattress purchased, the customer will need to pay the additional difference (plus any further delivery and or pick up charges) associated with the Forty Winks store.
• If the ‘reselected Silent Partner mattress’ is priced lower than the ‘original’ mattress chosen, no refund for this price difference will be given.
• Silent Partner mattresses which are ‘excluded’ from this exchange warranty are; special sizes, custom made orders or floor stock models.
• A mattress protector must be used on Silent Partner mattresses in order to comply with this ‘exchange warranty’. Mattresses will not be accepted if they are damaged or soiled in any way.
  
  The Silent Partner 90 Night Exchange Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have under any applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for the compensation for any other loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.
