The Silent Partner range is exclusive to Forty Winks. Every Silent Partner mattress comes with a 90-day sleep guarantee. If you don't love the comfort of your mattress, we will swap it for a more suitable one of your choice within our Silent Partner range.

How does it work?

Step 1: Sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights

New mattresses may feel different when you first sleep on them, and it can take some time to adjust to its comfort. This is why the Silent Partner Comfort Guarantee requires you to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. 

Step 2: Contact the store of purchase

If you’re still unhappy with your mattress after 30 days but before 90 days of purchase, you can contact the store you purchased your mattress from to discuss exchanging it for another one from the Silent Partner range. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase available to provide to the store.

Step 3: Visit the store

When visiting the store bring along your proof of purchase. Try all the models within the same range. Make sure you trial them for as long as possible so you can make the right choice. Once you have decided which mattress is right for you the store will:

• Let you know if there are any additional costs associated with the exchange
• Order the new mattress
• Arrange delivery and the collection of your exchange
