Forty Winks Chatswood

Michael and Lucy have built their wider retail team over many years, and that experience carries into Chatswood. The focus is on working as one team rather than a collection of individual salespeople. Customers might arrive talking about heat, an ageing mattress, a first big bed for a child or changing support needs. The team starts by finding out what matters to you before jumping to a product.

An older mattress can look and feel different after years of use, and customers often arrive wanting to understand what has changed. The Chatswood team can talk through what you are seeing, the age and condition of the mattress, and whether it is time to compare something new. If you have questions about a specific mattress or warranty concern, bring the details in so the team can point you towards the relevant product guidance.

Not every mattress conversation starts with replacing an old mattress. Chatswood also sees families moving children from a cot into their first proper bed. It is a practical purchase, but a pretty exciting one when you are the small person involved. The team can help parents think through mattress support, bed frames, protectors and the rest of the setup while the new owner focuses on the important part: choosing their bed.
