Forty Winks Albury

Jo-anne and Allie describe the team in terms of connection, care and warmth, and the longest-serving team member has been with the store for 13 years. They work hard, laugh often and are happy to get hands-on when a customer needs help. That might mean comparing mattress feels, thinking through a bedroom layout or solving the occasional adjustable-bed remote mystery after installation.

Albury Wodonga has busy families, farmers, tradies, healthcare workers and plenty of people whose alarm clock does not care about a neat nine-to-five. Add hot summers and chilly winters, and sleep needs can look very different from one customer to the next. Tell the team about your routine, how your current mattress feels and what you would like to change. That is a much more useful place to start.

One elderly customer bought a new mattress, then discovered her beautiful existing bed frame made the bed difficult to make. Rather than leaving her to wrestle with it, a team member popped around to help make the bed. It was a small job, but it captures the tone Jo-anne and Allie want for the store: useful, local and willing to help when something falls outside the neat edges of a sales transaction.
